Dear Haily, I would love for you and your family to meet a little girl - Paige Becker. She is my now 10 y/o grand-daughter. At the age of 4 she was diagnosed with a Grade IV Glioblastoma Brain Tumor. She was given only a 5% survivial rate. The surgeon told us she would be dead in 6 months. We refused to believe that and fought to find treatment. Our journey was horrific, but worth every painful second as Paige is now a healthy 10 y/o child with only minor residual side effects from the 2 crainiotomies, stem cell transplants and year long chemotherapy. At a time when you feel there is not hope, reaching out to someone that has survivied horrific news such as yours may be able to provide some comfort. My email is khoppe@rmpsi.com, if you wish to talk. Kim

Shannon - I just listened to your interview on the radio for your cousin's "fish-a-thon" and you did an amazing job. Your strength and ability to do whatever it takes to get the word out and fight this battle for little Hailey is an inspiration to everyone who knows you. Can't wait to see you at the Golf outing tomorrow! Love, Al

Hi gang, unfortunately I got skunked during my 24 hours of fishing. The MAIN objective, however was met!!! The interveiws with channel 9 out of Wausau and WJJQ in Tomahawk got the word out. The response has been OUTSTANDING!!!!! My fundraising goal was $1000.00 and it looks like we will surpass that. We won't know for sure until Oct. 20th. Shannon did a great job explaining things on WJJQ and my phone hasn't stopped ringing!!! As a team we WILL win!!!! Brian and Shannon, give those kids a squeeze for us. Keep up the good job your doing with them!!!! We'll be in touch soon. Jim

Hi Family! Just wanted to tell you, things are looking good for the Benefit. I hope everything is going well. The new web site is amazing. Will we be able to get some of the items in your store on December 2? I think we would be able to do pretty well. Let me know if you have any questions. Like always, you are all in our prayers.
