This morning,Carolyn Schweitzer came and talked to the Xavier Community about Hailey. She showed us the video and most of the school was in tears, two senior girls left the auditorium because they were so moved. Hailey--you and your family are in my prayers.

Hello, Hope things are going good as can be with Hailey's treatments. Unfortunately more snow is on its way in Madison so drive carefully! Heard a saying a few days ago and thought of you guys. It is by Mark Twain--"COURAGE IS NOTE THE ABSENCE OF FEAR--ITS ACTING IN SPITE OF IT!" You certainly are an example of that as you put one foot in front of the other and forge on despite your fears. Your example is such an inspiration to so many people!! GOD BLESS YOU AND KEEP YOU STRONG! LOVE, Jeri & Tony

Good Morning!! Hope You guys are staying warm and snuggly despite these awful temps. We thought of you yesterday driving down on some not so great roads--especially in the city! The video that Grandma Peg sent us was incredible and i went through lots of Kleenix as I watched it! It does a good job of capturing your ordeal--not completely of course--even Hollywood couldn't fully capture all you guys go through. I have forwarded it to others so we might get the word out even more about Hailey and PlGA.Love, Jeri & Tony

Your family is a sign of HOPE and LOVE. I watched your video and recognized all the travel and hospital scenes. Our son has a kidney disease and we also travel to Madison for his care. What we have found beneficial in dealing with his disease is contact with other families dealing with similiar issues. One source of doing this was at Camp Sunshine. They now have a location here in Wisconsin and are having a Brain Tumor/Oncology session from March 30-April 4. You can find out more information at www.CampSunshinWisconsin.org . We will hold Hailey and the whole family in our prayers. Love-n-Hugs, Mary

Hello Shannon, I hear you ran into my friend Jenny the other day and she gave me the Tam Hailey business card. So hear I am checking it out. Wow last I remember you were getting married. How quickly time passes. What a ride you all have had. I will keep you all in my thoughts and prayers. My girls are now 13 and 10. It is also a trip. Who knew parenting would be so hard. Well Maddie is bored so we are going to play cards. I will check in again. All my love to you. Jill
