Since I will not see your wonderful family until Saturday, Happy Thanksgiving. We are all THANKFUL for so many different things. Sure your family is as well. As you say, time does seem to disappear. I can remember my little Sara being so tiny, so young, so innocent. Now my all grown up Sara is a mother. Which makes me a GRANDPA. I do not need to tell you, cherish the time you have together. I am so proud to be a grandpa. Your turn will come and be here in no time flat. Extra prayers and thoughts with y'all this week. So looking forward to seeing everyone this weekend. God Bless!!!!!!!!!!!

My prayers are with you as you struggle with Hailey's illness. I heard about her through Angie Heroux's Mom and then went on-line to read more. I hope the chemo helps this beautiful little girl, but pray better treatments will soon be available.

Hi Family!!! The Benefit for Hailey's Holiday Hope is drawing near. I wanted to send a message out that we could still use some donations for the silents auction, gift certificates for the raffles, crafts for the craft fair, and baked goods for the bake sale. So, everyone, please help. The building holds 875 people, let's fill it! All My Love, Tina

Actually, not only was bathtime good on Thursday, but Saturday evening at Grandma Peg's house was just as enjoyable. I know, cause I pulled up my pants and got right in there with those 2 adorable children!!! It was such a delight to spend that special time with the girls, looking forward to more wonderful moments. Keep up your awesome work, Brian and Shannon. You're doing an absolutely fabulous job. Love you, Aunt Kris

A peaceful, enjoyable bath time is a big thing right now so just knock yourselves out celebrating! And those parenting books weren't written for situations like yours so you might as well throw that advice to the wind and just trust yourselves - because you are awesome parents whose wisdom comes from the deep and unconditional love you have for your little girls and your faith in God. You may not always get it perfect (who does?) but if you have to err, I say err on the side of keeping your sanity. The best parenting advice I ever got was to "save it for the big ones" when it comes to doing battle with your kids and I think that might just apply here as well. Your job as parents is so much more challenging right now than the parents of most two year olds and I pray that one day your greatest concerns truly will be whether you're letting Hailey get away with too much! For now, stay strong in the knowledge that you are, without a doubt, the best parents that Hailey and Faith could have - that's why He chose you. God bless, Cheryl and Rick
