I have been following your story for several months now, and I just wanted to wish your entire family the very best with Hailey's upcoming surgery. My nephew was diagnosed with this same type of tumor a little over a year ago (he's 18 months old). Your story has been very inspiring to my sister and brother-in-law and I know it helps them to feel not so alone as they forge on. Good luck, Hailey - keep fighting! :)

Dear Shannon,Brian, Hailey and Faith, Yours is a story of strength, love and hope!!! I am praying for all of you today. I'm going to a bible study in a little while and I'm going to have all those women praying too. You are my hero's!!! You are a family of strength and love and I'm so glad that God put my in your path. God said, When you go through deep waters, I will be with you. When you go through rivers of difficulty, you will not drown. When you walk through the fire of oppression you will not be burned up: the flames will not consume you. Shannon & Brian - From personal experience :), Dr. "Benny" Iskandar is the BEST!!!! Praying lots for Hailey's quick recovery from the SUCCESSFUL procedure. Glad to hear that you have another option for meds and supplements for Hailey. Less trauma for you and her. Keep Fighting Hailey!! You have a hug support system and we all love you !!! I don't know what to say. I am thankful for the shunt not being needed at this time, "less invasive" is music to our ears. I know having tubee come back is bittersweet, but what a nice back up to have! It will feel so good to be able to give her medications without causing anxiety, and knowing she is getting a full dose!!!!. Tubee is a good thing. I know you are on a slippery slope, but this isn't your first rodeo. You guys work well with tough conditions. You guys are fighters.

I read all your updates and am amazed at the strength and courage your family continues to have in the midst of all the challenges you have had to face...and continue to face, as you receive this latest news. Prayers go out not only for little Hailey but for all of you as you begin this next walk together. The Lord is good and he will be by your side every step of the way.
